Their own description (from YC)
Graphide (YC F26) is a code editor that maps your codebase into a graph so you can see what your agents are building. Agents now write code faster than anyone can read it, and a line by line diff doesn't show what actually changed in the system. Graphide keeps a live graph of the modules, classes, functions, etc. how they connect, and what each agent is touching as it works. Graphide then checks their changes against your architecture, making sure your agents are implementing what you had in mind.
